We are constantly working with our hands or machines, and only read emails once a day. We designate separate time to sit down at the computer and answer emails because it breaks up the day and slows down our production and creative process if we check them throughout the day. Clare or an assistant will be in touch with you within 48 hours of your email.

 

PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND

Clare Bare pieces are hand made to order by a small team in our Downtown Los Angeles studio. Due to the hand made/hand dyed nature of our production, each order takes approximately 1-4 weeks to arrive. If you would like to expedite the delivery, you can opt to pay a rush fee in the "add ons" section of our shop.

 

SHIPPING

U.S. ORDERS are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), or USPS Priority Express (1 day) - you choose your option at checkout. These options are priced according to current USPS Flat Rate pricing. You will receive a shipping confirmation via Shopify when your shipping label is purchased. We do all of our shipments in bulk, so please allow an additional 2-3 days for us to print labels, tag your garments, pack your order, and deliver it to the post office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped USPS First Class Mail (7-21 days), Priority Mail (6-10 days), or USPS Priority Express (3-5 days) - you choose your option at checkout. These options are priced according to current USPS pricing. You will receive a shipping confirmation via Shopify when your shipping label is purchased. We do all of our shipments in bulk, so please allow an additional 2-3 days for us to print labels, tag your garments, pack your order, and deliver it to the post office. Please note that Priority Mail offers more accurate tracking and delivery times.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only be accepted within 2 days of purchase. We are very firm about this policy, as each piece goes into production within two days of the purchase date.

In the rare occasion that there is physical damage or an error on our part, we are open to accepting returns. These will be considered on a case by case basis. We are unable to accept returns for any worn garments due to the intimate nature of our work.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they purchase the correct size. Please make sure you look over our size chart (found below the description of each listing.) If you have any questions regarding sizing before purchase, please contact us.

 

SIZING

Our size chart can be found below the description of each product listing. Our sizes are a general XS-XL with corresponding measurements in inches and US bra sizes listed for comparison.

We offer custom sizing as well, so you can select that as an option when you scroll down to the bottom of the sizing menu on the product page. You can enter specific measurements in the "Note to Clare Bare" section on the following page during the checkout process.

If you are ordering a gift for someone and are unsure of sizing- you can always sneak a peek at the giftee's lingerie drawer and tell us what sizes you see- we will figure out the size conversions.
